Keynote Speaker Rena Pasick Announced - Mixed Methods
After a decade endeavoring to alter cancer disparities in diverse and underserved communities under the dominant randomized controlled trial paradigm, Dr Pasick found more real-world understandings of culture and social context in the social sciences. Now an advocate for mixed methods research, she has used blended methodologies to challenge fundamental tenets of health behavior theory and in applied intervention studies.
